ABOUT ME


My goal has been to help conscious individuals, practices and businesses make pragmatic, viable and aligned decisions, and implement them.

I love to gently blend my extensive background in business and finance (large and micro) with my knowledge and practice of Ayurveda, Meditation and various other spiritual and holistic modalities.

I have a BBA in Management Information Systems, an MS in Finance, and an Ayurvedic Practitioner diploma and have so far supported over 200 solopreneurs and enterprises.
